What You’ll Be Owning (and Loving)
Strategy, Alignment & Growth
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of new opportunities across the Americas telco market.
- Identify and qualify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, and develop strategies to win new logos.
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to shape account plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Learn and apply Joyous’ value-based selling approach to align customer needs with our solutions.
Sales Execution & Learning
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts, lead initial discovery conversations, and support enterprise deal cycles.
- Partner closely with the VP of Enterprise Sales and AVP to execute on pipeline and territory plans.
- Use MEDDPICC to understand and communicate deal progress with clarity and consistency.
- Keep HubSpot meticulously updated - accurate data means better coaching, forecasting, and results.
- Demonstrate persistence and curiosity in every interaction - you’ll learn the ropes by doing.
Operational Discipline
- Build consistent habits for prospecting, outreach, and follow-up.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy.
- Use metrics and KPIs to guide your activity and track your progress.
- Adopt a structured rhythm of learning, experimenting, and improving each week.
Communication & Collaboration
- Craft clear, confident outreach that resonates with executive audiences.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and solutions.
- Be transparent in your communication with teammates and leaders - we win as a team.
- Represent Joyous with professionalism, energy, and curiosity.

- You’re naturally curious, creative, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
- You have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- You’re organized, data-driven, and love a good process.
- You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or telco sales is a plus (but not required).
