You’ll be leading the charge as Joyous expands across Europe - helping some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations transform how they listen, learn, and act.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for a proven enterprise sales leader who thrives on building relationships, creating structure, and driving growth from the front. You’ll work across industries such as technology, utilities, infrastructure, and services - helping organizations deliver real operational impact through Joyous.

What You’ll Be Owning (and Loving)
Strategy, Alignment & Growth
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise growth across Europe.
- Build and expand executive-level relationships across key industries and markets.
- Develop account plans, deal strategies, and playbooks for new logo acquisition and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure measurable value delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand Joyous’ presence in existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Sales Execution & Leadership
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospect to close.
- Apply MEDDPICC methodology to qualify, advance, and close deals with consistency and precision.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy through HubSpot.
- Orchestrate internal deal teams across Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Finance to drive deal momentum.
- Mentor and coach other sales team members to support consistent performance and learning.
Operational Excellence
- Drive a structured rhythm of prospecting, outbound activity, and pipeline reviews to ensure continuous new logo creation.
- Use KPIs and data-driven insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
- Deliver predictable results through disciplined territory management and structured execution.
- Take ownership of your forecast - and make it one the business can depend on.
Communication & Collaboration
- Confidently communicate complex value propositions to C-suite stakeholders through storytelling and data.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to refine positioning and value messaging.
- Maintain open, transparent communication within internal teams and with customers.
- Represent Joyous with professionalism and authenticity at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
A Bit About You
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a record of exceeding targets and landing new logos.
- Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience selling into industries such as telco, utilities, or large operational enterprises is a strong advantage.
- Skilled at building trust and influencing executive decision-makers.
- Data-driven, disciplined, and operationally sharp - while remaining creative and people-first.
- Experience working in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong commercial acumen.
- Based in Europe and comfortable working across time zones.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and team events (including an annual kickoff in New Zealand).
